No-show rate

If you are scheduled for the consultation hour of Karmenta, but you do not show up for your appointment without informing us 24 hours in advance, the costs for the consultation will be charged to you. These costs, the so-called "No-show rate", amount to at least € 69,= for a consultation during the consultation hour. These costs are much higher for a treatment or operation.

Karmenta's team and medical specialists prepare for every consultation and procedure. So we also count on your arrival if you have an appointment at the consultation hour. In addition, we try to keep our waiting times short, because every patient wants an appointment quickly. There may of course always be circumstances that prevent you from being able to do so, but if you inform us on time (more than 24 hours before your appointment) that you cannot, then we may be able to make another patient happy with your place at the consultation hour.

If you really can't, let us know, even if your appointment is within 24 hours. Together we will try to find a solution.
